-A spicy aromatic blend to reduce feelings of tension in the head.
Soothes, refreshes, revives and clears the head. 2 drops on a tissue, inhaled, can make you feel calm within minutes. Apply 1 drop to the temples and the base of the skull to soothe the head. (Be very careful to avoid contact with the eyes and wash hands immediately after applying)
Use- Inhale via a tissue/diffuser, use 5 drops in ½ oz carrier oil –apply to temples. Compress 5 drops in small bowl of water

Aromatherapy Burner, Pillow, Bath, Footbath, Massage with Therapeutic Carrier Oil, mix with jojoba ol and apply to temples. External use only. Do not apply directly to skin without diluting
